THE OPPORTUNITY
Lekha's heritage textile brand relied heavily on in-person trips to India for development and production. Without strong technical infrastructure, development was unpredictable and fit/grading were inconsistent.
ADELIER’S ROLE
Built a dependable development framework — tech pack standards, refined sampling, expanded fitting, and improved factory communication — while deepening Lekha's artisan textile programs (custom yarn dyes, hand-loomed wovens, block prints, ikats) and supporting collaborations with Our Place and The Chloe Hotel.
THE OUTCOME
A scalable development process the brand can manage remotely with confidence, and a deepened artisan textile program that continues to define Lekha's most distinctive product.
